Tipsters confirm to Engadget that the next iPhone, widely expected to be unveiled on June 7, will feature two-way video chat. Actors are apparently being cast for the upcoming marketing campaign, and insiders confirm the ads will feature a mother and daughter chatting using the new front-facing camera seen on leaked iPhone prototypes. Two questions come to mind. One, can AT&T’s freshly-revamped network handle the strain of both video chat and AT&T’s plan to finally allow iPhone users to tether? Two, will people want to use the feature, given history has shown we humans tend to dislike displaying our bedhead — but like the ability to lie about where we’re calling from?
